Potentially record-breaking numbers are on the horizon. The 10-year Treasury yield is headed right toward 3%, and everyone's asking what they should do with their money. The last time the 10-year yield was above 3% was January 2014. Michael Cloherty, head of U.S. interest rate strategy at RBC Capital Markets, says, "Certainly as we get closer to 3%, people will get nervous. I would expect flows to pick up as we're closer and closer to 3 and to see some choppiness in the market."
